The FESCO tariff outlines the unit cost on your electricity bill, which fluctuates based on your monthly consumption.

As the total number of units consumed increases, so does the cost per unit. Below is the comprehensive breakdown of the FESCO tariff applicable to all consumer types.

A-1 GENERAL SUPPLY TARIFF RESIDENTIAL

According to the ruling of the electricty Authority, only those residential consumers who are protected will be entitled to the advantages of a single preceding slab.

In line with the Authority’s ruling, residential lifeline consumers are excluded from receiving any slab benefits.

With respect to electricity tariff A-1, a fixed monthly customer charge will be applied at the specified rates, irrespective of energy usage.

a) For Single Phase Connections, the charge is Rs. 75 per consumer for each month.

b) For Three Phase Connections, the monthly charge is Rs. 150 per consumer.

Under Faislabad electricty Tariff A-2(a), consumers will incur a mandatory monthly charge at the listed rates, regardless of energy consumption.

a) For Single Phase Connections, the fixed monthly charge is set at Rs. 175 per consumer.

b) For Three Phase Connections, the fixed monthly charge is set at Rs. 350 per consumer.

Billing for fixed charges will be calculated based on either 50% of the approved load or the Actual Maximum Demand Indicator for the month, whichever is greater. When this method is applied, there will be no minimum monthly charges if no energy is used.

For B1 & B1(b) category consumers, a fixed minimum charge of Rs. 350 per month will be applied.

Fixed charges will be invoiced based on the greater value between 50% of the sanctioned load or the actual MDI for the current month. If billing is based on this criterion, no minimum monthly charges will apply, even if no energy is consumed.

This tariff stipulates a mandatory monthly charge of Rs. 2,000 per consumer, which applies regardless of energy consumption.

Note: Consumers with a sanctioned load of less than 5 kW have the option to choose Time of Use (TOU) metering.

E – TEMPORARY SUPPLY TARIFFS

For the categories of E-1(i&ii) above, the minimum FESCO bill of the consumers shall be Rs.50/- per day subject to a minimum of Rs.500/- for the entire period of supply, if no energy is consumed.

F – SEASONAL INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY TARIFFS

Tariff rate will be 125% of the corresponding industrial tariff.

Note: Consumers under Tariff-F may choose to switch to the Regular Tariff or the other way around. This choice can be made either when establishing a new connection or at the start of the industrial season. Once selected, the chosen tariff option must remain in effect for a minimum period of one year.
